I honestly don't think its worth it, 100% or nothing. I'm withdrawing my interest in this one.

There's no need to do that.

For the last few weeks I've been working long hours, not getting home until 11pm on some nights, 8pm on many others and sometimes not at all as I've been working away.

That's not going to change this side of Christmas, hence I can't fully commit at the moment.

Almost 5 months run in from the beginning of January, when I will be able to commit more, is plenty of time to work this one out. Pete can't commit until February and Jay and Guy will have to let us know really.

I don't see why we have to get everything sorted this side of Christmas. Historically we haven't committed to events until we got the current one out of the way anyway. (Obviously Jedburgh's a different matter because of its history and a very busy time of the year.)

Just spoken to Guy and he isn't too far from the site so is up for a recce too. This means that three of us can do it sooner rather than later. Next year's diary is going to be incredibly crowded and its important that we get our shit organised and get in first. Not to mention the peace of mind knowing events are sorted well in advance.

If we don't do this gig it means CiA won't be able to run events three and four until Oct, Nov, Dec which in practice means we will only be running three events (unless we accept that one of us won't be there at a late summer event, part of the reason we brought a fifth member in I suppose).

Knocked the wind out of my sails for this one - I certainly can't be bothered to organise anything, doubt anyone else will!

I still haven't had my annual leave confirmation back for these dates. So, while I'm enthusiastic about this, I still can't commit to anything.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

So, totally dead this then? I've got something potentially clashing so want to commit to it if not.
